Allergy Testing
How we Test for Allergies (Allergy Testing)
People are allergic to a wide range of insects, plants, animals, and other materials and products. But, what if your allergies are caused by something in your home or office that is preventable and detectable?
- We perform serveral types of allergen tests,
- The most common test is the ELISA (Quantitative Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay) a.k.a. ’Allergen Screen’,
- This simple, yet informative test will determine if elevated levels of some common allergens exist in your home, and
- If elevated levels are found, we provide you with specific instructions on how to properly, safely, and easily rid your home of these allergy causing agents.

Our Allergy Tests
The “Allergen Screen” tests your home for the following common and potentially problematic allergens: Cat, Dog, Dust Mite, and Cockroach. Bear in mind that your home can have significant or even high levels of these allergens even if you don’t see visible evidence. For example, Cat allergens are “sticky”. This means that even if you don’t own a cat, the previous occupants many have. And, unless the walls and ceiling and other surfaces were professionally cleaned, those “sticky” allergens will remain. Contact us for testing and start feeling better!
